This is a ground-floor opportunity to be the company’s first sales hire, reporting directly to the CEO and shaping the trajectory of a cutting-edge SaaS platform that leverages AI and Operations Research to enhance operational readiness.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead Navy-focused sales strategy and execution.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders across U.S. and NATO Naval Forces.
- Partner with leadership to hit (and exceed) revenue goals.
- Translate complex product capabilities into mission-critical value.
- Represent the company at defense events, tradeshows, and installations.
What You Bring:
- 10+ years of leadership in SaaS sales, government acquisition, or military tech implementation.
- Deep network within U.S. Navy acquisition, innovation, and software communities.
- Proven experience in sales strategy, forecasting, and CRM management (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Strong grasp of U.S. military operations and culture — acronyms included.
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves, travel up to 35%, and own the mission end-to-end.
- U.S. Citizen with a valid passport.
