- Scope and Planning: Support project initiation through clear definition of requirements, dependencies, and success criteria.
- Tracking & Reporting: Maintain visibility of all active projects through tools like JIRA, providing regular updates, dashboards, and performance reporting for leadership.
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify potential blockers, dependencies, and delivery risks, and develop mitigation plans to keep projects on track.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate and refine delivery frameworks, ensuring the right balance between structure and agility.
- Stakeholder Communication: Build strong relationships across Product, Tech, and leadership teams, ensuring priorities and expectations are transparent and aligned.
- Release Coordination: Support release readiness and deployment planning, working with engineers and QA teams to ensure smooth rollouts.
- Continuous Development: Help evolve best practices in project governance, tooling, and delivery excellence across a growing global function.
- 5+ years’ experience in Technical Project Management, ideally within software, data, or engineering-focused organisations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.
- Strong understanding of Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and related workflow management tools.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills — able to distil complexity into clear actions and updates.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging across technical and non-technical audiences.
- A proactive and pragmatic approach to problem solving, balancing structure with flexibility.
- Comfortable working across distributed teams and multiple time zones.
- Experience maturing project delivery practices or implementing lightweight governance frameworks.
- A background in energy, renewables, power trading, or data-driven technology is highly desirable.
- Formal certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM are advantageous but not required.
