Process Analysis Manager duties:
- Evaluate software systems and processes to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and address bottlenecks.
- Develop and implement change management strategies, including communications, training, and documentation.
- Own project timelines and deliverables, ensuring smooth execution from planning to completion.
- Monitor and evaluate business process changes for effectiveness and continuous improvement.
- Lead quality assurance efforts and ensure the reliability of new systems and processes.
- Stay current with industry trends to integrate best practices and innovative approaches.
- Manage a direct report (Business Analyst)
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field; MBA preferred but not required.
- At least 1 year of experience in the solar industry with knowledge of data techniques and software.
- Proven experience in change management and project management, with tools like Jira or MS Project.
- Familiarity with data management concepts, including visualization and analysis, is a plus.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to drive positive outcomes.
- A negotiable hourly rate (c$44-55)
