PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:
The People, Culture & Capability (PCC) Specialist will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the people and culture function within Prescience. This role will operate with a high level of autonomy in executing the objectives, while reporting to the General Manager of People. The PCC Specialist will play a vital role in fostering a positive work environment, driving employee engagement, and supporting the company's strategic objectives.

The PCC Specialist will play a vital role in fostering a positive work environment, driving employee engagement, and supporting the company's strategic objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage the end-to-end Employee Lifecycle, including regular review, update and improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on PCC policies, procedures, and programs.
- Ensure internal Policies and Procedures compliance, both internal and external.
- Act as point of contact for business for all WHS policy, issues, and incidents.
- Manage relationships with external PCC expertise providers and outsource advice as necessary.
- Monitor, analyse and report on PCC metrics and provide regular upwards reporting on PCC initiatives.
- Contribute to and manage the People & Culture team budget.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary action, and performance improvement.
- Maintain accurate PCC records and ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Build effective relationships with senior stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor on all People related matters, including legislative and compliance requirements.
- Developing People strategies and initiatives for the business that align with objectives.
- Create initiatives for building and maintaining a culture of excellence and high performance that aligns with business.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify talent gaps and develop workforce plans.
- Provide insights and recommendations on structure, talent acquisition, and succession planning.
- Develop and implement processes and tools to drive employee performance and development.
- Foster a positive work environment and company culture that aligns with company values.
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster a more inclusive work culture.
- Implement engagement strategies to enhance job satisfaction and overall employee experience.
- Manage employee performance, provide coaching and feedback, and support career development.
- Lead initiatives to improve teamwork, collaboration, and communication within the organisation.
- Develop and implement recognition and rewards programs to motivate and retain employees.
- Develop and support employee well-being programs and initiatives.
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as an PCC professional, preferably in a technology or professional services environment.
- Strong knowledge of PCC policies, practices, and Australian employment laws.
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Demonstrated ability to implement PCC initiatives and programs effectively.
- Experience in providing high quality strategic and operational PCC and recruitment advice to executive and management teams.
- Proficiency in operating effectively in a low PCC systems environment, and developing roadmaps and implementation plans for introduction of systems at appropriate stages of PCC and company strategy and growth.
- Knowledge of organisational development and employee engagement strategies.
- Proven ability to work autonomously within a delegated authority framework.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Sophisticated interpersonal and influencing skills that enable effective partnering with key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
