We’re seeking a strategic and results-oriented sales leader to guide and expand the Enterprise Account Management team. In this high-impact role, you’ll shape strategy, strengthen relationships with Fortune 1000 clients, and ensure sustained success across a portfolio of mission-critical accounts.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing Enterprise Account Management team.
- Develop strategies to drive retention, expansion, and measurable revenue growth.
- Build deep, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to deliver exceptional outcomes.
- Act as a senior escalation point, ensuring challenges are resolved quickly and effectively.
- 3+ years leading enterprise account management teams in SaaS.
- 7+ years in enterprise sales or account management with a track record of expanding existing accounts.
- Experience with strategic sales methodologies (Value-Based Selling, MEDDPICC, Challenger, Sandler).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%.
- Competitive OTE: $320K–$350K (45% variable)
