This scale-up organization is growing globally and is currently looking for its first US-based sales team member. As a West Coast-based Sales Manager, you will help drive expansion in the North American market.

As a West Coast-based Sales Manager, you will help drive expansion in the North American market.
Sales Manager duties:
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to drive lead generation and foster new business growth
- Plan and execute strategic sales initiatives
- Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels such as email, phone calls, and LinkedIn
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs
- Lead the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
- Manage a small team of Sales Representatives
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends
- Meet and exceed sales targets in a goal-oriented environment on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
- Drive customer engagement
- 5 years of experience in outbound sales of consultative B2B SaaS solutions
- Supply chain/delivery management software sales experience
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline
- Proven track record of closing deals
- Solution selling
- Account-based marketing techniques

- An initial base salary of circa 80-110k
- 160-220k OTE
