Inside Sales Representative – AI
Location:
Uptown Houston - Hybrid
Compensation: $65-75k Base, $108-113k OTE + Excellent Benefits

Our client offers cutting-edge AI solutions for Customer Support Centers, chatbots, web, and mobile platforms, automating tasks such as questioning, searching, and information extraction. With a prestigious client roster featuring industry leaders, they are poised for significant growth. They are now seeking an Inside Sales Representative for their Houston office, working in a hybrid model.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Prospect Research: Identify and target prospects throughout North America.
  • Lead Qualification: Evaluate leads from digital campaigns, conferences, trade shows, and more.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to develop strategies and drive sales.
  • Sales Pitch: Present to C-level contacts from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.
  • Technical Sales: Understand technical requirements, provide technical information and explanations, prepare quotations, and close sales.
  • New Business Focus: Operate in an entrepreneurial role focusing on new business.
  • Campaign Management: Create and deliver lead-generation campaigns.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with prospects.
  • Career Development: Progress your sales career through continuous learning and trend management.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Degree-level education.
  • Experience: 2-3+ years of inside SaaS sales experience.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with AI, Machine Learning, or NLP.
  • Mindset: Customer-focused with a proactive attitude.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills with a strong phone presence.
  • Sales Skills: Demonstrated new business sales abilities
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to learn and understand new products and technologies.
  • Traits: Articulate, competitive, passionate, tenacious, energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
  • Tools: Proficiency with corporate productivity and web presentation tools (e.g., Office, Google Workspace, HubSpot).
Rewards:
  • Salary: Base salary of $65-75k, depending on experience.
  • OTE: First-year achievable OTE of $108-113k.
