As a Sales Development Representative, you will:
- Map out organisations, generating leads and setting appointments
- Utilise a multi-channel outreach strategy (cold calls, email, social and networking)
- Establish genuine relationships with key stakeholders
- Attend sales campaign meetings and briefings, source and maintain contact information, cleanse, and develop data and generate awareness
- Deliver a world-class customer service
- Manage the sales pipeline and maintain impeccable sales administration
- Undertake full and ongoing training designed to enhance your career
- Degree level education
- Business development or account management experience (desirable)
- Have first class communication and presentation skills
- High levels of motivation and the drive and desire to build a successful sales career
- Can-do and positive mindset
- Strong work ethic, desire to learn and earn
- Attitude, passion, and personality
- Be outgoing, sporty, and committed to sales success
- An initial base salary 60-75k
- An uncapped OTE of 75-105k in the first year
