Business Development Manager – Coatings / DIY
London - Hybrid
£50,000 Base, £20,000 OTE + Great Benefits
Our client, a fast-growing, design-led decorating brand, is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their London-based team and help drive growth across the trade and specification market.
With their focus on high-quality, sustainably produced paints, wallpapers and tools, this brand is redefining how decorators, contractors and design professionals approach their work — offering not just products, but a fresh perspective on decorating, with expert support and a strong sense of community at its core.
This is a brilliant opportunity to join a company that’s making real waves in the industry — offering standout products, a strong brand, and an environment where people are empowered to thrive.
The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business and expanding products across a defined London territory. This will include managing and growing relationships with developers, architects, interior designers, and contractors to ensure the brand is specified and used on projects ranging from new builds to commercial refurbishments.
Based in London (2 days a week in-office), the role will also involve regular site visits across the M25 area. You will work closely with an in-store team and design consultants to deliver a joined-up customer experience and provide hands-on support — from on-site demonstrations to colour consultations.
Key Responsibilities
If you are ready to take your sales career to the next level and make a significant impact, apply now!
