As a Business Development Executive, you'll join a dynamic delegate sales team, securing attendance for key annual summits. With a strong focus on new business, you'll engage potential clients through various channels while nurturing relationships through the event cycle. This includes pre-event preparation and onsite management.
What You'll Do
- Secure qualified delegates for annual events.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from outreach to event completion.
- Establish strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly KPIs.
- Support event operations and maintain meticulous CRM records.
- Travel to European-based summits when required.
- Previous sales experience
- Confident, outgoing, and dynamic approach.
- Resilient with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
- Strong attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
- A self-starter who thrives in a supportive, team-driven environment.
- 23-27k Base, 33-37k Uncapped OTE
- Hybrid working (Monday and Friday remote).
