Business Development Manager – Software
London - Hybrid
£45-50k Base, Uncapped £90-100k OTE + Executive Benefits


Our client is a leading solution provider delivering a comprehensive range of Health, Safety, and Occupational Risk Management services to major organisations. With an impressive client base across both public and private sectors, they offer a robust portfolio of professional support and software/SaaS services for large-scale projects. Their capabilities span health and safety, fire safety, accessibility, emergency planning, disaster recovery, and business continuity. As part of their expansion, they are seeking a Business Development Manager based in London.

Business Development Manager responsibilities:
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Identify potential clients using the company's prospect database.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in compliance, safety, operations, built environment, and facilities functions.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Effectively sell the company's software and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients.
  • Operate successfully in the company's positive environment.
  • Build trust between the organization and clients.
Business Development Manager skills, traits, and experience:
  • 2+ years of BDM sales experience.
  • Proven track record as a successful Business Development Manager.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

  • Consistently exceeds sales targets.
  • Experience in the software or professional services industry preferred.

Business Development Manager Rewards:
