Senior Account Executive – Software
London - Hybrid
£70-80k Base, Uncapped £140-160k OTE + Executive Benefits

  
Our client is a leading solution provider delivering software and professional services for managing risk, compliance, and safety. With an impressive client base across both public and private sectors, they offer a robust portfolio of professional support and software/SaaS services for large-scale projects. Their capabilities span health and safety, fire safety, accessibility, emergency planning, disaster recovery, and business continuity. As part of their expansion, they are seeking a Senior Account Executive based in London.
  
Senior Account Executive responsibilities:  
  • Drive strategic sales processes, including direct sales, tenders, and partnerships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with mid to large-sized organizations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for successful product delivery.
  • Exceed sales targets and contribute to company growth.
  • Support new business opportunities and expansions.
  • Maintain a strategic mindset and positive approach to achieving results.
Senior Account Executive skills, traits, and experience:  
  • 4+ years of AE/BDM tech based sales experience.
  • Proven success in winning/managing mid to large-sized deals and tenders.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills for market opportunities and sales strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of risk, compliance, and safety within built environments (preferred).
  • Go-getter attitude with a passion for sales and positive company culture.
  • Structured sales training (Miller Heiman, SPIN, etc.)
  • Experience in managing the full sales cycle and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Sold into property/facilities management
Senior Account Executive Rewards:  
  • Competitive base salary of £70-80k.
  • High/uncapped first-year OTE of £140-160k.
