As part of their expansion, they are seeking a Senior Account Executive based in London.
Senior Account Executive responsibilities:
- Drive strategic sales processes, including direct sales, tenders, and partnerships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with mid to large-sized organizations.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams for successful product delivery.
- Exceed sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Support new business opportunities and expansions.
- Maintain a strategic mindset and positive approach to achieving results.
- 4+ years of AE/BDM tech based sales experience.
- Proven success in winning/managing mid to large-sized deals and tenders.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills for market opportunities and sales strategies.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of risk, compliance, and safety within built environments (preferred).
- Go-getter attitude with a passion for sales and positive company culture.
- Structured sales training (Miller Heiman, SPIN, etc.)
- Experience in managing the full sales cycle and exceeding targets.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Sold into property/facilities management
- Competitive base salary of £70-80k.
- High/uncapped first-year OTE of £140-160k.
