Business Development Manager responsibilities:
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Identify potential clients using the company's prospect database.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in compliance, safety, operations, built environment, and facilities functions.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Effectively sell the company's software and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients.
- Operate successfully in the company's positive environment.
- Build trust between the organization and clients.
- 2+ years of BDM sales experience.
- Proven track record as a successful Business Development Manager.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a positive company culture.
- Consistently exceeds sales targets.
- Experience in the software or professional services industry preferred.
- Knowledge of risk, compliance, and safety in the built environment is a plus.
- Competitive base salary of £60-70k.
- High/uncapped first-year OTE of £120-140k.
