Our client, a leading Apprenticeship Training Agency recognised by the National Apprenticeship Service (NAS), specialises in unlocking apprenticeship opportunities within the engineering, construction, and related sectors. They work closely with contractors to deliver successful apprenticeship programmes and are looking for a dedicated Account Manager to join their growing team in Central London.
  
As an Account Manager, you will:
  • Nurture Relationships: Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Programme Delivery: Collaborate with clients to develop and deliver the best NAS-based apprenticeship programmes.
  • Account Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, including resolving queries and ensuring smooth apprenticeship placements.
  • Candidate Management: Lead apprentice recruitment (screen, qualify, test etc.)
  • Compliance Oversight: Conduct site visits to monitor and maintain compliance with apprenticeship standards.
  • Administrative Management: Oversee administrative tasks to support programme delivery.
  • Targeted Outreach: Engage with warm prospects to introduce apprenticeship opportunities.  
To succeed in this role, you will:
  • Be degree educated (recent graduates encouraged to apply).
  • Possess prior experience within recruitment or sales
  • Have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be motivated, organised, and resilient with a team-focused mindset.
  • Have a genuine interest or previous work experience in the engineering or construction sector.
  • Be eager to achieve targets and deliver growth.
