This is a client-facing role focused on proactive account management, relationship growth, and commercial success. You’ll manage a defined portfolio of law firms, with a focus on London, engaging with senior stakeholders, including partners, practice leads, and barristers to ensure high retention and identify new opportunities for value and revenue growth.


The Role

 
As an Account Manager, you will:
  • Own and develop a portfolio of circa 80 law firm accounts, maintaining high renewal rates and driving growth through up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Conduct approximately six client meetings per week, primarily in London, building trusted, long-term relationships
  • Take a proactive, consultative approach, understanding client challenges and aligning tailored solutions to deliver measurable business impact
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to feed back insights, trends, and customer needs
  • Maintain clear, accurate account plans, forecasts, and activity reports to track progress and plan strategically
  • Act as a subject matter expert, educating clients with thought leadership and market knowledge to reinforce credibility and partnership
About You
 
You’re a commercially minded relationship builder who thrives on making an impact within a high-performance, professional environment.
 
You’ll bring:
  • Minimum 2 years in your current or most recent sales/account management position
  • Experience in SaaS, legal tech, or information services sales (preferred)
  • Proven success managing multi-stakeholder, high-value client relationships
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to spot and convert growth opportunities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, articulate, confident, and comfortable engaging with senior legal professionals
  • The ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively across teams
