We’re working with an emerging force in enterprise AI—on a mission to reshape how major sales organisations approach go-to-market. By building custom, intelligent SaaS platforms that sit right at the intersection of AI and enterprise GTM, they’re solving real commercial problems with smart, focused technology.

They’re now looking for an experienced Azure Solutions Engineer to lead the technical build of a secure, AI-driven tender management platform, developed specifically for enterprise sales teams operating at scale. The platform will live inside a private Azure environment and use pre-built GPT logic to support bid and proposal workflows.

You’ll be working with clear architectural guidance, but will take full responsibility for the infrastructure, deployment, and orchestration logic.
 
Where You’ll Add Value:

• Build the orchestration engine to trigger multiple GPT-based agents (all prompt logic is pre-defined)
• Set up secure, user-specific storage for tender documents
• Ensure the platform retains context across documents and sessions
• Implement strict security standards: private networking (no public endpoints), RBAC, and API governance
• Manage Azure AD integration for identity and access
• Lock down all GPT API usage with Key Vault, auditing, and rate control
• Enable reporting, exports (Word/PDF), and support for dashboard outputs
• Finalise deployment into the client’s Azure tenant and provide handover materials

What We’re Looking For:

• Deep knowledge of Azure PaaS offerings—particularly Functions, Blob Storage, Key Vault, and API Management
• Hands-on experience with secure Azure environments—VNETs, RBAC, AD integration
• Comfort working with OpenAI APIs or equivalent LLM integrations
• Infrastructure-as-code capability (Terraform, Bicep, or ARM)
• A strong security-first mindset and attention to access, logging, and compliance
• Independent, delivery-focused approach—able to work autonomously but still communicate clearly across teams

Bonus Points:

• Any background in bid management, tender processes, or document-heavy workflows
• Experience with multi-agent LLM frameworks
• Exposure to sales platforms like Salesforce (not essential)

Final Deliverables:

• A fully functioning platform deployed across development and production environments
• Scripts and documentation for seamless deployment and reuse
• Technical support through initial onboarding and platform use
