On the heels of what has been a challenging market, we are hugely optimistic for the future, highly energised, and looking to build upon our current success with the addition of an experienced Sales Recruiter, tasked with developing and growing our Recruitment offerings across the UK and Europe. This role presents an exciting opportunity, with the potential for progression into a team leadership role based on performance.
Reporting to the Group Managing Director, you will closely collaborate with the UK leadership team and regularly engage with overseas colleagues to identify and maximize opportunities.

As a Technology Sales Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Receive the ongoing support required to develop an account base
- Identify, focus on and own a sector (HRTech, RegTech, EdTech, SaaS, etc.)
- Have an open remit to utilise your sector knowledge with the full support of Management
- Run with both client and candidate ownership
- Be given every opportunity to progress your career in a results-driven environment, where the earning potential is truly unlimited.
- Build your reputation as an expert in your field
- Target anything and everything from mid to senior-level sales positions
- Build and manage a team of Resourcers as your account base grows
- Candidates with 2+ years of demonstrable agency-based sales recruitment experience
- Intelligent individuals with the ability to liaise both over the phone and in person with clients of every level
