Despite recent market challenges, we are optimistic about the future and excited to grow our Graduate/Early Careers recruitment offering across the UK. We’re seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to drive the development of this space, inherit a portfolio of accounts, and build a team of Resourcers and Recruiters.

Reporting to the Group Managing Director, you’ll work closely with the UK leadership team to identify and capitalise on opportunities.

As a Graduate/Early Careers Recruitment Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and developing a portfolio of existing client accounts.
• Handling both client and candidate management across the recruitment lifecycle.
• Building your reputation as a leader in the graduate and early careers recruitment space.
• Identifying and recruiting for roles across sales and marketing functions.
• Building and managing a team of recruitment professionals.
• Seizing opportunities for career progression in a results-driven environment with significant earning potential.

We are looking for applicants who have:

• 2+ years of proven experience in agency-based Graduate/Early Careers Recruitment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients at all levels.
• A track record of career stability, progression, and recruitment success.
• A passion for relationship building and a drive to succeed in a competitive market.
• Strong commercial awareness, business acumen, and a professional approach.
• A degree-level qualification (preferred).
