In line with our global growth plans, we are looking to build on our success in APAC with the addition of an experienced technology-focused Recruitment Consultant, tasked with developing and growing our contract/dual desk recruitment offering.

Reporting directly to and working closely with our Regional Director, you will develop technology recruitment solutions for the business, supported by your International and local colleagues. You will have the opportunity to directly influence our product offering and its route to market. You will love being ‘hands-on’, and involved directly with winning business, however, you’ll also likely have bigger plans, with the potential and ability to build and lead a larger recruitment function.

You will be an accomplished technology recruiter looking to accelerate your career by taking on a bigger role. You will be someone who craves working in a positive, optimistic, and collaborative environment and will demonstrate a clear desire to drive our office-based atmosphere.

The role:  

• As a senior member of your team, your experience and attitude will set a great example to those around you.
• Carry a personal quota
• Specifically, build a contract or dual desk
• Be sector-specific (development, infrastructure, etc)
• You will be responsible for managing the entire process including client acquisition, candidate generation and the management of the recruitment cycle
• You will be hugely influential in the growth of the Australian business
• Recruit and develop a team as your desk grows
• Drive client acquisition and account development
• Lead relationship-building and networking
• Manage recruitment cycle to the highest quality
• Develop innovative ideas to cement client engagement
• Work collaboratively with clients and colleagues to deliver against large projects
• Build your reputation as an expert in your field
• Representing the company at industry and networking events
• Creating a strategy to manage the achievement of set objectives  

What you will bring:  

• 2-3+ years of technology recruitment experience
• Knowledge and understanding of the technology/digital sector
• A genuine passion and interest in technology recruitment

How you will be rewarded:  

• Competitive basic salary of $80-120k
• On Target Earnings of $120-170k+
