As an Internal Sales Executive, you will:
- Convert warm, qualified leads into new sales of medical indemnity insurance and additional membership services.
- Handle inbound enquiries and generate new leads through research, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultant members, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Complete detailed applications with clients, ensuring both value and quality of service.
- Manage and renew a portfolio of member accounts, delivering high standards of service and retention.
- Accurately maintain records and interactions via CRM and internal systems.
- Work collaboratively with your team to achieve shared sales goals.
- Represent the company professionally in all communications and client interactions.
- Participate in ongoing in-house training and coaching to support your development and success.
- This is an office-based role, Monday to Friday, based in the West Midlands. Remote or hybrid working is not currently available.
- A minimum of 6 months’ sales experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment (e.g., insurance, estate agency, broking, automotive).
- A tenacious and driven attitude, motivated by success and the desire to exceed targets.
- Confidence and professionalism when engaging with senior professionals such as surgeons and physicians.
- Proven ability to build rapport quickly, with strong communication and influencing skills.
- A team player with energy, positivity, and coachability.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a busy and varied workload.
- Degree-educated candidates are preferred, but relevant experience will also be considered.
- £30,000 base salary
- Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £45,000–£55,000 in year one (with scope to significantly increase in year two and beyond)
