Sales Development Representative

Hybrid: 2 Days Office / 3 Days Home
To 28.5k base, 40k OTE + Great Benefits


We’re looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join a global leader in data, insights, and technology solutions. You’ll play a key role in driving new business opportunities by engaging prospects, building relationships, and booking qualified meetings for the sales team.

With a three-month ramp-up period and clear KPIs (around 15 qualified appointments per month), this is an excellent step for someone with at least 6 months of relevant sales experience, or for an SDR looking to accelerate their career in a fast-paced, consultative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect into target accounts via calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads, securing 15+ appointments per month
  • Connect with Partners and Managing Partners (Corporate Legal teams)
  • Research and identify key contacts to engage within assigned accounts
  • Hold consultative conversations to uncover customer needs and challenges
  • Collaborate closely with Business Development Managers to progress opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline within CRM
  • Demonstrate resilience, drive, and consistency in meeting activity targets
What we’re looking for
  • Previous SDR experience not required, but 6+ months in a sales role with transferable skills is required
  • Strong communication skills with confidence in outreach via phone, email, and social channels
  • Highly motivated, driven, and target-focused with a proactive mindset
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Adaptable, coachable, and eager to learn in a structured sales environment
  • Passion, energy, and hunger
