The Role
As an Account Executive, you’ll:
- Own and develop a territory of ~300 law firms, managing full-cycle sales opportunities
- Build trusted relationships across multiple stakeholders (6–10 per firm, including equity partners)
- Run strategic sales processes with support from SDRs and Pre-Sales (demo → trial → close)
- Deliver against monthly new business targets of around £18k revenue (~£216k annually)
- Manage longer sales cycles (typically 2–6 months) with an emphasis on insight, credibility, and persistence
- Produce accurate forecasts and account plans, always knowing your next move and why
You’re a consultative, commercially minded seller who knows how to navigate complex buying groups and drive results. You’ll likely have:
- Proven success in SaaS, legal tech, or subscription-based B2B sales
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder, high-touch sales processes
- A strategic and data-driven approach to territory and pipeline management
- Strong influencing and presentation skills at senior (partner) level
- The drive, discipline, and motivation to thrive in a fully remote, high-accountability environment
