What you’ll do:
- Provide responsive support to customers across both our Chatbot and platform
- Handle a wide variety of customer questions, ensuring a positive and helpful experience
- Escalate issues where needed and work closely with colleagues across support and other teams
- Help improve our FAQs and support resources to make life easier for our customers
- Learn our platform in detail so you can give clear, confident answers
- 1–2 years’ experience in customer service, support, or a help desk environment
- A clear and friendly communicator with a genuine people-first attitude
- Someone who enjoys problem-solving and helping others succeed
- Reliable, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-moving business
