Our client, a specialist advisory firm operating exclusively on behalf of occupiers, is looking for a Business Development Consultant to join their high-performing new business team in the heart of London.
This is not your average telesales gig.
You’ll be part of a sharp, fast-moving team focused on identifying, engaging, and qualifying C-suite decision-makers at companies across the capital. Working with an unrivalled database of 50,000+ businesses, you’ll be supported by dedicated research, the latest prospecting tech (think ZoomInfo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Nav), and a sales process that gets results.

Generate high-quality meetings for a team of brokers and advisors who are serious about converting. You’ll be at the start of the journey, shaping commercial conversations that lead to meaningful change for businesses and helping the team maintain its market-leading position.

- Strong communication, organisation, and a proactive mindset
- A hunger to learn and push for progress
- Experience in commercial real estate or office advisory
- Exposure to Salesforce or similar CRMs
