As a Delegate Sales Executive you will:
- Engage with professionals worldwide to promote attendance at leading European conferences and exhibitions.
- Sell delegate packages primarily via telephone, focusing on value and insight.
- Follow up on marketing-generated leads while actively sourcing new prospects through research.
- Build lasting relationships with both new and returning delegates.
- Gather and report feedback on pricing, customer needs, and market trends.
- A degree (or equivalent) and 0-24 months of previous sales experience. This opportunity is open to fresh/recent graduates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a confident and professional phone manner.
- A self-starter with strong time management and a structured, goal-driven approach.
- Team-oriented mindset with the drive to work independently when needed.
- Ambition to build a long-term career within events, sales, or international business.
- £28–30k base salary
- £38–50k+ OTE (uncapped commission structure)
