The Role
As Account Manager in the Customer Success team, you’ll own enterprise client relationships—driving retention, advocacy, and growth. You’ll ensure customers get the most from the platform while uncovering opportunities to add value. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain long-term client partnerships
  • Act as a trusted advisor to executives and stakeholders
  • Deliver solutions aligned with customer goals
  • Identify referrals and upsell opportunities
  • Track, forecast, and report on key metrics
About You
You’re a natural relationship builder with commercial awareness and strong communication skills. You thrive on variety, balance independence with teamwork, and keep the customer at the centre of everything.

Requirements:
  • Proven Account Management / Customer Success experience
  • Confident engaging stakeholders at all levels, including C-Suite
  • ERP/CRM (HubSpot ideal) and Excel experience
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Relevant degree preferred
