The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Actively prospect and generate leads through calls, emails, social media, and in-person visits.
- Meet and exceed monthly quotas.
- Develop and maintain key relationships
- Attend networking events, industry expos, and client meetings to promote brand awareness
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract signing and handover
- Collaborate with operations and supply managers to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Provide feedback to refine service offerings and sales strategy
Requirements
- Proven track record in B2B sales or business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working independently
- Tech-savvy and confident in presenting software solutions
- Highly organised with strong follow-up skills and CRM usage
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable in a fast-paced, scaling environment
