Full Job Description   
  • Manage an existing portfolio of property clients. 
  • Create media plans and recommendations for clients, with a focus on digital and print. 
  • Respond to client briefs with strategic media schedules as well as booking and optimising media schedules throughout the life of the campaign. 
  • Closely liaise with media publishers to obtain as much insight as possible regarding publication information and negotiate competitive media rates. 
  • Produce monthly reporting, provide insights into previous month’s performance, and offer recommendations going forward. 
What You'll Do: 
  
Work closely with the Media Director to ensure organised and successful campaign delivery including:   
  • Brief and liaise with inhouse creative team regarding advertising creative/material. 
  • Support and work closely with the media coordinators to ensure campaigns commence both on time and accurately. 
  • Invoice all media items into our accounting system. 
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (essential) 
  • Looker Studio and Google Analytics reporting experience preferable 
  • Develop and maintain productive internal and external relationships to achieve objectives. 
  • Assist with other tasks as required. 
Your skills and experience:   
  • At least 1-2 years of media buying experience. 
  • Strong organisation and prioritization skills 
  • Effective time management 
  • High level of media understanding on all media platforms 
  • Well presented, articulate with excellent presentation skills 
  • A team player with an enthusiastic personality.
