What You’ll Be Doing
- Outreach & Engagement: Identify and connect with key decision-makers through calls, emails, and LinkedIn campaigns.
- Pipeline Building: Qualify leads, nurture relationships, and book high-value demos for the sales team.
- Strategy & Execution: Work with leadership to optimize outbound programs and develop target account plans.
- Research & Mapping: Analyze the mid-market landscape, identify ideal prospects, and craft personalized outreach.
- CRM Management: Track all activity in HubSpot to ensure precision and visibility across the team.
- Ambitious: A self-starter with 1–2 years in an SDR or similar role, excited to be the first in a region.
- Skilled: Confident in discovery, prospecting, and navigating sales conversations.
- Adaptable: Thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment and embraces change.
- Collaborative: Team player with a growth mindset, eager to learn and contribute.
