The Role

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Customer Assistance: Provide expert support via email, chat, and phone, ensuring clients receive fast, effective solutions.
  • Platform Education: Empower users with best practices and tailored recommendations to meet their business needs.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Tackle technical challenges, prioritize tasks effectively, and go above and beyond to assist clients.
  • Collaborative Insights: Share client feedback and feature suggestions with cross-functional teams to improve the product.
  • Knowledge Building: Contribute to internal resources and documentation to enhance efficiency and user empowerment.
Who You Are
  • Experienced: 1–2 years in a customer support or client-facing role, ideally within SaaS or tech.
  • Excellent Communicator: Superb written and verbal English, with the ability to simplify complex information.
  • Customer-Focused: Passionate about delivering a great experience, with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
  • Tech-Savvy: Quick to adapt to new tools and processes, thriving in a digital-first environment.
  • Collaborative & Adaptable: Enjoys in-person teamwork and embraces a fast-paced, hybrid work model.
