The Role

What You’ll Be Doing
- Run the Full Sales Cycle: Take ownership from lead qualification to deal closure.
- Expert Discovery: Conduct quick, impactful calls to uncover client pain points and align tailored solutions.
- Consistent Success: Deals are currently closing at a 50% conversion rate, with an average deal size of $2K USD.
- Leverage Inbound Leads: Manage 25+ qualified weekly leads from diverse industries.
- Customer Insight: Collect client feedback to help shape future product development.
- Experienced: Minimum 2 years in B2B SaaS sales, preferably working with SMB clients.
- Discovery-Driven: Skilled at uncovering client needs and using consultative sales techniques.
- Team Player: Collaborative with a low-ego, high-growth mindset.
- Driven to Excel: Ambitious, adaptable, and eager to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
