They are seeking a skilled and proactive Change Manager to join their organisation and lead the way in implementing transformational initiatives across the organisation.

Job Description:

Are you passionate about guiding organizations through change and ensuring smooth transitions? As a Change Manager , you will play a pivotal role in managing change initiatives that align with strategic goals. You will work closely with stakeholders at all levels to ensure that changes are effectively communicated, implemented, and embraced.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into overall project plans.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Design and deliver communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the change process.
  • Develop training and support materials to ensure employees have the knowledge and skills needed to adopt changes.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives and make adjustments as needed.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and leaders to help them fulfil their roles in the change process.
  • Identify and manage potential risks and resistance points, and develop strategies to address them.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Change Manager or in a similar role.
  • An Australian Government BaseLine clearance or ability to get one 
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training and communication materials.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Prosci Change Management Certification) are a plus.
