This client is an established, multi award-winning technology with deep expertise in large scale project management and delivery for the Construction, Energy, Resources and Infrastructure sectors across ANZ and ASEAN.

Off the back of an internal move, they're now looking for a Sales Leader to manage, coach, and inspire the sales team to achieve revenue growth with a primary focus on an impressive portfolio of existing enterprise accounts. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Contribute to growth strategy focusing on financial gain and customer satisfaction
· Develop and oversee pricing strategies as well as key market research activity to drive new business opportunities
· Build relationships with new and existing clients through presentations and other proven engagement methods.
· Promote and successfully sell products and services by addressing or predicting clients’ required outcomes
· Leverage global resources and partners to penetrate the local market
· Develop successful bids and proposals 
· Report on sales pipeline and assist in forecasting new business for both product and services
· Utilise knowledge of market and competitors to identify and develop the company’s unique selling proposition and differentiators


KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
· 5+ years’ sales or industry experience, including 3+ years in IT software, Technology or related area
· 3+ years’ technology and/or consulting sales experience, delivering into Mining, Resources, Oil and Gas, Construction or Engineering
· Demonstrated people leader with the ability to coach and inspire the sales team to their full potential 
· Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce CRM software
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Excellent time management and organisation skills
· Creative talents and the ability to solve complex business problems
· Provide territory input to the business plan
· The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
· Attention to detail, and good with numbers, spreadsheets, and reporting
· Provide trustworthy feedback and after sales support
