The Role:
  
In this role, you’ll be the Infrastructure & Systems Engineer responsible for managing on-premise infrastructure, backup systems, and leading critical security projects. The role requires a security-first mindset and a hands-on approach to driving major infrastructure initiatives.
You will oversee the company's enterprise backup solutions, manage day-to-day operational tasks, and take the lead on security awareness campaigns. If you enjoy balancing operational duties with impactful project work, this is an ideal opportunity.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead security awareness campaigns for 2000+ employees using KnowBe4.
• Manage enterprise backup solutions with Rubrik and Veeam.
• Oversee SSL management and ensure secure Citrix VDI operations.
• Provide first-line support for O365 and Hybrid Exchange, ensuring efficient mail flow and uptime.
• Manage Mimecast email security, implementing protocols like SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
• Proactively resolve infrastructure issues while supporting critical business projects.

  
What I'm Looking For:

• Strong security-first mindset with expertise in infrastructure management.
• Proven experience with Rubrik and Veeam backup solutions.
• Knowledge of Citrix VDI and Hybrid Exchange environments.
• Hands-on experience with Mimecast and email security protocols.
• Proactive problem-solver comfortable managing on-premise systems (cloud experience like Azure is a plus but not essential).
